“The property was in an excellent location. Walking distance from grocery stores, restaraunts and a wonderful walking path along the Duoro. Having an outside patio with a view of the river was was a relaxing place to spend our time. The patio furnature was comfortable, the swimming pool was refreshing. The beds and couch were comfortable. Carla and her husband were kind hosts bringing us bottles of wine and fruit from their garden. They were prompt at answering Whatsapp each time we reached……

“We are well warm welcomed by Joana and she is super caring for what we need. She is so professional and sincere and makes our stay memorable. We highly appreciate her working attitude. The location is super convenient, nearly all the tourist attractions are within walking distance. As it locates in the center of the old town, the downside will be the noise, we couldn't sleep well as lots of people in the street making noises during midnight. Also it is on the top level so the air-conditioning……

“Parking lot is only a bared ground, creeps ask for money when we drove in. The room is big with a kitchen, good for a family travel. I phoned the reception for the wifi password and she ask me to go down and get it diretly. When I returned to my room, the wifi didn't work and I called the receptio again, that is when they told me the Wifi ONLY works in the lobby. You have to ask for a hair drier at the reception and they ask you to return it right after you use it. Someone knocked few times on……
